My name is JOSE BERMEJO, bilingual (Spanish) Realtor & Mortgage Loan Originator with the company World Premier Realty WPR & American Home Loan AHL .

I am here to assist and guide you through each step of the way in your transaction with a combination of open communication and education. I take every single one of my clients whether buyer, seller, or investor seriously and eager to help.

My mission is to help people to buy, sell, finance, and refinance their homes in the EAST BAY AREA – Concord, Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch, etc. and CENTRAL VALLEY AREA – Stockton, Manteca, Modesto, Lathrop and its surrounding areas.

• As a Certified Real Estate Investing I offer help before investing in a property  to  minimize all types of risks and optimize your rental income by preparing an Annual Property Operating Data known as (APOD).

• If you are a first-time buyer, FHA loans, Conventional – Home Ready & Home Possible, become good options with little down payment. We have DPA (Down Payment Assistance) loans for those who need 100% financing.
• For investors, we have programs without income verification, which are already benefiting the purchase of multi-family properties and houses with reduced prices, especially in the current market.
